do not need to shell out loads of money to get it done. Your busy schedule and not so flexible financial credibility shouldn’t stop you from indulging into a spa treatment. Pamper yourself and give your body the much needed relaxation with these steps for a spa treatment at home.
Here are a few treatments that you can do at home while you’re having a nice relaxing home spa day:
Brown Sugar Facial Scrub
With this home spa treatment mix Two tablespoons of ground oats, Two tablespoons brown sugar, Two tablespoons of aloe Vera and 1 tablespoons lemon juice. Smooth the scrub on your face and leave on not less than 2 minutes. Rinse with tepid to warm water.
Home Lip Treatment
Add 1 tablespoon of natural aloe-vera gel, 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil, 1 tablespoon petroleum jelly, and some drops of e vitamin oil in a bowl and microwave on low power. Mix and let cool before you apply to your lips.
Homemade Bath Salts
Mix 1 cup of Epsom salts and 1 cup sea salt. Then in another bowl mix 1 tablespoon vanilla flavoring and 1 tablespoon mineral oil. Combine the salts using the vanilla & oil mixture and add desired add up to your bath. Store extra within an air tight glass jar or storage container for future use.

Homemade Body Oil
For your own personel body oil concoction, first add 8 oz of oil together with your choice of oil for example Almond Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Apricot Oil or Avocado Oil. Add 1/8 of the teaspoon of each: Fennel, Lemongrass and Juniper. Use the oil to your body, massaging into sore areas as needed. Apply after a shower for optimum moisturizing effects, leaving the body feeling great having a fresh, beautiful scent.
