Who ever used and approved says you can lose weight in the first weeks of use; however, there is no scientific proof.

Ginger is a plant with medicinal properties, so it is widely used in teas and spices and is considered a medicinal plant. It is anticoagulant, helps in circulatory problems, digestive, and soothes the effects of flu, colds, sore throats and even surf. Ginger hot packs are effective to alleviate the symptoms of arthritis, headache and spine, decreased congestion, menstrual cramps and prevent bowel cancer and ovarian cancer.

Recipe for ginger tea for weight loss:

Ingredients:
5 cm ginger root
½ liter of water
1 pinch of nutmeg
4 cloves
¼ lemon
1 cinnamon powder
Preparation:

Possession of all the ingredients, you should prepare a ginger and lemon juice. Then add all other ingredients in a container with water. Return to heat and simmer for a few minutes. Once boiling, be all ready to drink. Drink it 5 times a day, always after a meal.

Important: drink tea the same day, it prevents the beneficial properties of ginger are lost.
