Natural Face Mask For Acne Treatment

Acne has more than one cause and is not something easily identified. Glands of the skin become inflamed and infected. It usually occurs around the age of twelve to twenty when hormones are at their peak and in a state
of balance. It is common to see on the neck, face, chest, back and shoulders. It does not cause problems, but can leave a deep scar.

There are natural remedies that have been passed down for generations and probably started some time with a wonderful grandmother. Some of the most common treatments used at home.

1. Try putting oatmeal cooked on the face for a maximum of fifteen minutes and wash your face completely. It will help relieve irritation swollen glands.

2. Add the rosemary and nettle with warm water and soak a cloth in it. Place the fabric on the face still warm and allow the herbs to penetrate the skin. Rosemary has anti-inflammatory properties.

3. Mix lemon juice with rose water and apply to the area of acne with a cotton ball soaked in the mixture. Leave the lemon rose water on the face for about an hour then rinse. Repeat this process every two weeks for best results.

4. The garlic can be rubbed in three times day acne. Garlic can be left as clove and cut so that the juice is available to reach the skin. Make sure you wash your face thoroughly after application because it can have a strong odor.

5. The lawyer is good for acne. Add a lawyer with warm water and create a paste. Apply this on the face and wash. Rinse with water and washing with an appropriate cleaner.

6. Adding a radish your daily meals will be effective in the treatment of acne.

7. Grab a cup of rosemary tea twice a day until clear.

8. Honey and lemon in water three times a day will clear acne.

9. Add a tablespoon of yeast (dried or fresh) and two tablespoons of lemon juice. Put on the face. Allow the mixture to dry to a hard consistency. Try to keep the face even during the frying process. Peel mixed with the face and wash with water which is very warm.

10. Use lemon juice or apple cider vinegar as a toner for the face. Cotton ball soaked in moisture and applied to the entire skin.
