Healthy Foods For Long and Beautiful Hair

Girls always love long hairs. They always wish to get long and straight hairs. Long hairs always look attractive and it ups our personality. Girls are very caring about their hairs. Now days we can see boys are also love to keep long hairs. Hair care is very essential for us even that men or women. We used different types of expensive and luxury shampoo’s and oils for long hairs but sometimes these expensive products did not give us good result.

Foods For Beautiful Healthy Hair:

Eggs:
Eggs have innumerable health benefits, from aiding weight loss to supplying minerals such as iron, sulfur, zinc and selenium. The iron present in eggs prevent hair fall by facilitating oxygen transport to hair follicles. Shortage of iron in the human body, or anemia, can cause hair loss.

Green Veggies:
Green vegetables offer many benefits. They help lose weight and also help maintain hair health. Sebum is the natural hair conditioner secreted by our body. The vitamins A and C present in green leafy veggies such as broccoli and spinach generate sebum production, which further helps hair growth.

Bananas:
The body cannot absorb all the nutrients without Vitamin B6. This vitamin also helps RBC (red blood cells) production, which is responsible for the shine and growth of hair. Thinning of hair can be due to lack of Vitamin B6. Therefore, bananas should be a part of your diet as it is rich in Vitamin B6.

Lentils:
Lentils are full of folic acid and they are necessary in restoring the health of red blood cells that supply skin and scalp with much needed oxygen. Folic acid is also used for hair growth and cell renewal. If you are serious about having healthy hair then lentils are something you should just not skip.

Carrots:
Everyone knows carrots are an excellent source of Vitamin A and it encourages the formation of sebum in the scalp. Sebum is important to keep the scalp and hair well moisturized and it can maintain their health. Just like overactive sebaceous glands cause conditions like acne and low secretion of sebum damages hair causes flaky scalp and severe dandruff.
